Charlotte, Both Penny and I would like to take this opportunity of thanking you from the bottom of our hearts for the excellent job you did on Saturday and indeed for everything you’ve done since we decided to have Bramall Hall as the venue for the wedding.
Everything ran so smoothly and we received many compliments from the guests on the organisation, the friendly atmosphere and how everyone mixed and chatted to each other.
We know it wouldn’t have been a success without you and I certainly found it helpful to be able to discuss matters with you on the phone as and when we needed things clarifying and sorting out and on Saturday you operated efficiently and quietly in the background.
We would have no hesitation in recommending Bramall Hall as a venue. Once again many thanks.
